About Amigo Cercano
Our Mission
At Amigo Cercano, we strive to be a “close friend” to those who may be far from their family or loved ones. Exemplifying Jesus's love, we develop relationships with individuals from underresourced communities in Minnesota and beyond, and through holistic service, bridge abundance with need. Examples of ways we have helped include supporting education fees, helping out with legal fees, providing assistance with rent payments, groceries, medical or other expenses.
